Our Picks for Stocking Fillers under £5

Now that Halloween is over and bonfire night done, it is time to start thinking about Christmas. I know that some very organised people are all done and gfts wrapped but for those of us who are less prepared ( myself included!) I thought I would give you some help with a couple of blogs with gift ideas. In this, the first, you will find some ideas for stocking fillers. I hope you find it useful.

1. Lanka Kade Natural Wooden Animals. Lovely chunky wooden animals suitable for children from 10 months but have great play value for children of most ages. Great for bringing stories to life and for imaginative play, or collect your own menagerie! All the animals are handmade and Fairtrade and at £2.50 each they make a perfect stocking filler.

2. ZoobsTube 20 piece. Great construction toys with hours of fun and endless ideas of things to create. Great value at £4.99 at tube. Recommended for ages 6yrs and over.

3.Lottie Nottie Hair accessories are very popular little gifts. They are hand made locally and are a best seller in the shop. We have a wide selection of colours and designs including some lovely festive ones. From £3.99 to £7.99

4.Animal Shaped Board Books. It is sometimes hard to find stocking fillers for small toddlers and these lovely board books are a great option at £2.99. You can never go wrong with a book in our opinion. We currently have 8 titles to choose from.

5. Bigjigs Wiggly Worms. Another great little gift for babies, these wiggly worms are really tactile and fascinating as they twist a wriggle in your little one's hands. They are made of lovely coloured wood and great value at £3

6. Wooden Pencil Sharpeners. Always a hit and lovely wooden characters make these a bit special. Six designs to choose from and each one is £2

7. Melissa & Doug Mess Free Glitter Sets. What child doesn't love a bit of glittery sparkle but wow what a mess it leaves with traditional glitter. These sets do exactly what they say, no glitter mess at all. We have 2 sets to choose from this adventure sticker set and a friendship sticker set.
